Abstract Information

The abstract submittal system uses the UTF-8 (Unicode) character set. All abstracts must be in English, using metric units. Do not include chemical or mathematical formulae, illustrations, figures, or photos. Submitters may use HTML coding to set italics or display special characters. Please do not use bold or underline formatting however, as this will be stripped out in the final, printed version of your abstract.

Author Information

The scientific committee for this meeting is only accepting 5 authors for each abstract submitted. Additional authors should be shown at the beginning of your presentation on a slide or on your poster, depending upon the type of presentation assignment you receive.

When citing authors for your paper, please fill out each author's form as fully, and correctly as possible. The way you fill out an author's information is the way that author will be cited not only on the conference web page, but in all printed materials as well.
