Those who submit abstracts for this meeting are expected to fund their own registration, travel and accommodation.
All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and must be paid as such and drawn on a U.S. bank. Credit card fees will appear as a charge on your credit card statement to Schneider and Associates, the Conference Management firm.
Online registration is preferred and highly recommended. Electronic registrations must include complete credit card information. All credit card transactions will be processed through the conference web site. Transactions are protected and encrypted using a secure socket layer (SSL) certificate provided by Thawte Digital Certificate Services, a Verisign company. SSL technology is the industry-standard method for protecting web communications. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and optional client authentication for a TCP/IP (internet) connection. Credit card verification and debit services will be provided by Authorize.net, a leading provider of Internet-based transaction services.

The full registration fee includes admission to all oral and poster sessions, exhibits, town hall meetings, ancillary meetings (unless by invitation only or otherwise specified), and workshops, Sunday evening welcome reception, Thursday evening event, poster receptions, daily lunches and coffee breaks, program book, and electronic access to the 2016 ICRS abstracts and conference proceedings.
The single-day registration fee includes admission to the oral and poster sessions, exhibits, town hall meetings, auxiliary meetings (unless by invitation only or otherwise specified), workshops, lunch and coffee breaks for the day you registered, program book, and electronic access to the 2016 ICRS abstracts and conference proceedings.
Registration rates increase after 15 January 2016.
Additional tickets for the Sunday evening welcome reception and the Thursday evening event are available for purchase for guests and single-day registrants.
Abstracts: Printed copies of the abstract book will not be available for this meeting. In keeping with the society’s green policy and attempts to reduce our imprint on the environment, all delegates will receive electronic access to the 2016 ICRS abstracts.
