Exhibitor Sign-Up

After submission of Exhibitor fee, you will be sent the floor plan for selection of your exhibit booth. Please contact Les Lemay at 254-399-9636 or via e-mail at lesl@sgmeet.com for specific inquiries.

Exhibit booths include 1 Exhibit Booth (10'x10'), 1 Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Identification Sign (7"x44"), 1 Conference Registration.

Several other opportunities are available for sponsorship of breaks, receptions and other functions throughout the meeting. If you are interested, please contact CERF conference program manager, 410-326-7467 or info@erf.org.

Registration and Payment
The exhibit fee for commercial or for-profit companies is $1,500.00 USD, and non-profit institutions and organizations can exhibit for $800.00 USD prior to May 1, 2013. After May 1, 2013 the exhibit fee is $1,700.00 for commercial or for-profit and $1,000.00 for non-profit.

Your Booth

An exhibit hall floor plan will be sent to you after your fee has been confirmed for selection of a booth number. Booth assignments will be made on a first registration-first serve basis.

We would like to waive our included conference registration.
