Registration Policies

Registration fees must be paid in U.S. dollars (USD) and payments drawn on a U.S. bank. Credit card fees will appear as a charge on your credit card statement to Schneider and Associates, the conference management firm.

Online registration is preferred and highly recommended. Electronic registrations must include complete credit card information.

If you are not able to register by electronic means, please complete the printable version of the registration form and send to the address listed below with payment or credit card information.

Registrations complete with purchase order or credit card information and not accompanying an abstract submission can be faxed to 1-254-776-3767.

The full registration fee includes admission to all oral and poster sessions, exhibits, town hall meetings and workshops, auxiliary meetings (unless by invitation only or otherwise specified), Sunday welcome reception, receptions, coffee breaks, access to the mobile app, and the program book. Optional events such as any special organized activities are not included.

The single-day registration fee includes admission to all oral and poster sessions, exhibits, town hall meetings, auxiliary meetings (unless by invitation only or otherwise specified), workshops, and coffee breaks for the day you registered, access to the mobile app and the program book.

Guest / Spouse

$75.00 USD (Spouse and guest fees cover only the conference social events such as the Sunday welcome reception and other receptions, and coffee services. Optional events such as any special activities are not included. The guest/spouse fee does not include admission to the plenary or concurrent sessions.

Fees to attend the meeting should be paid in advance. Registrations are not considered final until a check, money order, purchase order, or charge card information is received. All fax registrations must include complete credit card information, including number, expiration date, and cardholder name. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. Organizations can be billed only if a purchase order accompanies the registration either by fax or by mail.

Method of Payment

Fees to attend the meeting must be paid in advance. Registrations are not considered guaranteed until a check, money order, purchase order, or charge card information is received. All fax registrations must include complete credit card information, including number, expiration date, and cardholder name. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted. Organizations can be billed only if a purchase order accompanies the registration either by fax or by mail. Individuals who do not have a valid purchase order from their organization cannot be invoiced.

Registration will be confirmed via e-mail once payment is received.

Payment can be made by any of the following methods:

  • Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. The charge on your credit card statement will appear to Schneider and Associates.
  • Check made payable to ASLO. Payment must be made in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank.
  • Bank Transfer: After 17 January 2017, the registration form will no longer accept the option to pay by bank transfer. Letters of Invitation

You must have paid the registration fee in order to receive an invitation letter. If you require an invitation letter, please contact the ASLO 2017 ASM project manager, Lynda West, lyndaw@sgmeet.com.

Please note: We are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates on behalf of a potential attendee. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are emailed directly to them. It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and completed in a timely manner before you start your journey. We recommend you to apply for your visa at least 10 weeks before you travel (earlier in some cases). For more information, contact your nearest embassy or consulate.
