Registration Information

The registration fee is $425.00 per person for early registration ($475.00 beginning September 2nd).  Registration includes: Sunday night reception, breakfast (M/T/W), lunch (M/T), and dinner (M/T).  An on-line registration system will be activated in mid-June.  Box lunches for Saturday and Sunday are available for $20.00 per person.  Spouse/partner tickets for evening activities also are available ($40.00 per person for each activity) for the Sunday reception, Monday dinner, and Tuesday banquet.

Secure on-line registration is available through the conference web site at https://www.sgmeet.com/seagrant/seagrant2007/reginfo.asp. In order to use this on-line option, you must be prepared to pay by credit card using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Your credit card will be charged the appropriate amount when you submit your registration. You will immediately receive e-mail confirmation that your registration has been received and that your charge has been processed, along with other important information regarding the conference.

If electronic registration is not possible, a downloadable form is available.  Send the completed form and payment to 2007 Sea Grant Meeting, c/o The Schneider Group, Inc., 5400 Bosque Boulevard, Suite 680, Waco, Texas  76710-4446 or send via fax to 254-776-3767. We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the 2007 Sea Grant Meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time, even on-site at the conference.

If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $50.00 processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before September 1, 2007. Registrants who cancel on or after September 2, 2007, will be not be eligible for any part of a refund.
