Registration for U.S. Government Employees

U.S. government employees may register between now and the meeting and still will be able to register at the appropriate early rate. This includes new registrants who may register between now and the meeting or onsite. U. S. government employees who submitted an abstract and deferred registration payment using the GOV14PAY pay code, may now pay the registration fee online.

U.S. Government Employees Who Submitted an Abstract and Deferred Registration Payment

Those who have submitted an abstract and deferred registration payment using GOV14PAY must log in to their registration record and pay prior to the meeting. If you are already in our registration system, you will only be charged the early rate .

U.S. Government Employees – New Registrations

If you are a new registration, the online rates do not apply. Therefore, you cannot register online and receive the early rate. In order to receive registration at the early rate, you will need to complete a registration form for each participant and fax it to the conference management office at 254-776-3767.
