Cancellations/Substitutions

We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time, even on-site at the conference.

If you find it necessary to cancel or require a refund of any kind after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $70.00 USD processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before January 20, 2014. Registrants who cancel on or after January 21, 2014 will be not be eligible for any part of a refund. Abstract submission fees are non-refundable.
