Registration/Abstract Submittal System

The Registration and Abstract Submittal system will take you through the following steps.

  1. Registration and Payment Information
    Paid registration is required for all abstract submittals and must be accompanied by credit card payment. Please note that if you are not prepared to either pay the registration fee with a credit card you may not submit via this system. Please be prepared to register and submit at the same time.

    All credit card transactions will be processed through the conference web site. Transactions are protected and encrypted using a secure socket layer (SSL) certificate provided by Thawte Digital Certificate Services, a Verisign company. SSL technology is the industry-standard method for protecting web communications. The SSL security protocol provides data encryption, server authentication, message integrity, and optional client authentication for a TCP/IP (internet) connection. Credit card verification and debit services will be provided by Authorize.net, a leading provider of Internet-based transaction services.
  2. Abstract Submission
    Please fill out all fields as completely as possible for each and every author. Please review the abstract specifications.
  3. Abstract Review and Submittal
    Review your abstract information before submitting it to the system. You will be able to return to this web site and edit your abstract information until the submittal deadline of 7 October 2011. You will be provided with a web address and login information at the end of the submittal process (also sent via e-mail). If not submitting a Student Travel Grant or Early Career Travel Grant Application, the process will end here and you will receive a registration and abstract submission confirmation via e-mail.
  4. Student/Early Career Travel Grant Application
    If you are eligible for a Student Travel Award, you may proceed from abstract submission to a Student Travel Award form.
  5. Student/Early Career Travel Grant Review and Submittal
    After sublimating your Student Travel Grant or Early Career Travel Grant Application, the process will end and you will receive a confirmation or registration, abstract submission and student travel award application via e-mail.

Please note that the Registration and Abstract Submittal process will take place on the conference management firm's web site (sgmeet.com).

Important: Type the information for each field as you normally would, including proper capitalization. The conference management office will not edit your information. For example, if you enter your badge name in all lowercase letters your actual conference badge will be printed as such.
