The exhibit area will be located adjacent to the food court, break and poster areas, and is designed to maximize interactions with conference participants.
Due to the large number of exhibitors, we will have a designated registration table specifically for exhibitors immediately inside Exhibit Hall D main entrance. Please pick up all representative badges at this table instead of the main registration area for attendees. This will expedite the process for you, allowing quicker access to your booth.
Exhibit set-up is scheduled for Sunday, February 19, 2012, 12:00 pm-5:00 pm. All booths must be completely arranged and erected by 5:00 pm.
