Registration for U.S. Government Employees

U.S. government employees may register between now and the meeting and still will be able to register at the appropriate early rate. This includes new registrants who register online before the early registration deadline and those who register onsite.

Registration Instructions for U.S. Government Employees

(The following only applies if you are registering on or before March 14, 2014)

Select the option to register online. Please complete all of the required information. Note that you MUST select a registration category. (Even though you are not paying at this time, you must select the appropriate registration fee type, so be sure to select the appropriate one.) At the bottom of the registration fees section, you will see a Registration Code box and a note that reads, (Leave blank if no code has been provided by conference management).

Type in GOV14PAY in this code box.

This code will allow you only to waive the required registration fee. If any other optional activities are purchased, you will be required to pay the totals of these fees with a credit card. You will need to check your registration and proceed through to the end. You will receive confirmation of your registration via email.

Your registration fee must be paid prior to the meeting. If you determine that your participation will not be possible, we can refund your conference fee (less a $70.00 USD processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before 19 April 2014. Registrants who cancel on or after 20 April 2014 will be not be eligible for any part of a refund. Abstract submission fees are non-refundable.

Instructions for U.S. Government Employees Who Deferred Registration Payment Using the GOV14PAY code

U. S. government employees who deferred registration payment using the GOV14PAY pay code, may pay the registration fee online.

Those who have deferred registration payment using GOV14PAY must log in to their registration record and pay prior to the meeting. If you are already in our registration system, you will only be charged the early rate or whatever rate you selected when you registered online.

To pay for your registration, please go to:

The one that was used when the initial registration/abstract submission was completed.

Password: Registration ID Number
This was in the registration confirmation that you received via email.

Select PAY THIS NOW. The card will be charged the deferred rate that is indicated.

U.S. Government Employees – New Registrations after 14March

If you are a new registration after 14 March you cannot register online and receive the early rate. In order to receive registration at the early rate, you will need to complete a registration form for each participant and fax it to the conference management office at 254-776-3767.

Make sure you complete all of the information and mark the early registration rates. If you are submitting a purchase order, please include a copy of the  PO when you submit the registration form(s).
