Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

After registering, if you are not able to attend the conference, we encourage you to send a substitute attendee. You may substitute at any time, even on-site at the conference. However, if you must cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $50 cancellation fee) if we receive your request by post, fax or e-mail on or before 3 October 2013. No refunds will be issued after 3 October 2013. Note: Abstract fees are not refundable and are payable whether or not your registration is later cancelled.
