CERF welcomes both for-profit and non-profit exhibitors who connect to coastal and estuarine science and management. We offer premium booth space located within the conference posters in the exhibit hall. Coffee breaks and organized poster sessions (including food and beverage) will attract all of the participants to this area and your booth!

To reserve your space, please complete both the CERF 2009 Exhibitor Registration Form (PDF) and the Exhibition Rules & Regulations Agreement (PDF). See the 2009 CERF Meeting Exhibits Floor Plan for booth selection as well.

The exhibit area will be open throughout the day. It is preferred, yet you are not required to staff your booth the entire time.
Teardown
Thursday, November 5th, 4:00-7:00pm
Materials left after 7:00pm on Nov. 5th, will be discarded. A charge may be imposed for removal of materials.

Notes and Instructions
CERF 2009 conference exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Service Kit from the conference decorator, Pacific Exposition Decoration Company. This kit will include information on shipping, delivery, drayage of materials, and furnishings rental for your display.
