Cancellations-Substitutions

We understand that occasionally other responsibilities and personal obligations prevent you from attending a program for which you have registered. If you find that you will not be able to attend the meeting, we encourage you to send a substitute. Substitutions can be made at any time at no additional charge, even on-site at the conference.

If you find it necessary to cancel after you have already paid, we can refund your conference fee (less a $70.00 USD processing fee) if we receive notice in writing on or before 26 January 2017. Registrants who cancel on or after 27 January 2017 will be not be eligible for any part of a refund. Abstract submission fees are non-refundable. (Please note that refunds only can be issued to the credit card that was used for the initial transaction.)

The conference management office must be made aware of all substitutions or registration transfers in writing; email notification is preferred.
